Shipping, returns and privacy
The plain-language terms for buying from Puget 3D. Last updated November 5, 2026.
Shipping
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Made-to-order items show their lead time on the product listing.
- Orders ship by USPS. The rate and delivery estimate for each option are shown at checkout.
- Local pickup on the Seattle Eastside is free and arranged by appointment after you order.
- You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order name and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. You won't need to send it back.
Changed your mind
Unused shop items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first. Once the item arrives back, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping isn't refunded.
Custom work
Items made to your file, size, color or other specification are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or don't match what was agreed in the quote.
Refunds go back to the original card and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Privacy
- Orders. Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card, name, email, and shipping address, and shares your order details, name, email, and address with us so we can fulfill and ship the order. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Quote requests. What you type in the quote form is emailed to us so we can reply. We keep it with our business email.
- Spam protection. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- No tracking. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and doesn't sell or share your information for marketing.
- Your information. Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Order records we're required to keep for taxes stay for as long as the law requires.
Terms of sale
- Orders are sold and fulfilled by Puget 3D LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Puget 3D. These terms are governed by Washington law.
- Prices are in US dollars. Washington sales tax, and any other applicable sales tax, is calculated at checkout.
- 3D printed parts show fine layer lines and small variations in color and finish. Photos are representative.
- Printed parts aren't certified for safety-critical, load-bearing, food-contact or medical use unless the listing says so.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and refund it in full.
